Yes! New users get a 7-day free trial with the yearly plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find "Simple Dictionary" and tap it
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You'll still have access until your current billing period ends.

If pronunciations aren't working:

1. Check your device volume is turned up
2. Make sure silent mode is off
3. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content
4. Turn on "Speak Screen" and "Speak Selection"
5. Download an English voice under "Voices"

If you've already purchased premium on this device:

1. Open the app
2. Go to the pricing page
3. Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom

Your premium features will be restored automatically.

For the best experience, an internet connection is recommended. However, previously looked-up words are saved in your history and can be accessed offline.
